UPDATE: White House comment line is now open Mon-Thurs 10 am-3 pm. You absolutely can call every day it's open. Remember, the folks taking your comments are a.) humans and b.) volunteers. Don't take anything out on them. And it would be nice to thank them for volunteering their time.
