JUST IN: A federal judge in FL has denied DOJ's bid to unseal Epstein grand jury materials, saying she's bound by strict secrecy rules.

The courts considering the unsealing in NY are bound by different precedents, however, and have more flexibility.

WILD story. An 82-year-old from Chile lost his green card. In June, he went to pick up a new one at a USCIS office. While there, he was handcuffed and detained by ICE.

An unknown caller claiming to be a lawyer told family she could help. Later, she said he’d died. Now he’s turned up — in Guatemala!

A big reason the Epstein story is a fiasco for Trump is that it wrecks his core narrative: That he's a member of the elite using his inside status to expose elite self-dealing/perfidy and avenge "the people." He's now in on the elite cover-up.
