Story-wise, I think Ninja Gaiden II: (or Ninja Gaiden: Part II - ) The Dark Sword Of Chaos is the best one. It has one of the coolest openings for an NES game, even despite the fact that it's mostly dialogue.

I rented Super Mario Bros. 3 on the Famicom, so this wasn't really a reveal to me... but I'm sure it must've blown some other kids' minds in the theatres!

Yet, the only times "Nintendo" is ever said out loud is in the scene with the Game Play Counselor.
Throughout the movie, they talk about video games generically, refer to Nintendo Power as "Power magazines", etc.
It could be considered an ad, but it's not very good at getting the company's name out.

Messy CG aside, this could've been a way to properly restart the DCEU into the DCU, but nope, it ends with a George Clooney joke and then, boom, nothing that has happened matters (except some of Peacemaker? So odd)...

There was a lot in The Super Mario Bros. Super Show! that wasn't true to the games (like literally mixing up all three power-ups at once) but at least the music is nice.
