Throwback to Kudowa-Zdrój — where the air’s crisp, the water tastes suspiciously metallic, and our legs were wholly unprepared for the “gentle” uphill stroll.

Not sure if we were rejuvenated or just slightly traumatised — but cracking trip all the same.

Just back from a cracking weekend in Stróża! Stayed in a half-finished house full of “character.” Village was peaceful… apart from the morning dog choir! Monty led the barks, of course. The church was stunning — 10/10 trip, but don’t count on a lie-in with those canine alarm clocks!
