My fave neighborhood cafe switched their cups so this doesn’t look as great (tea is usually in clear glass). But I love that it’s just fresh ginger or mint in the water.

This brings me so much joy. Delivery swap between two 🇳🇱 cities to help us immigrants have tasty food. Nico’s AZ/CA-Mex from Eindhoven to The Hague (SO EXCITED) and NY bagels to Eindhoven.
This is like halfway across the country BTW. (It’s not very big, but still!

This was #Amsterdam in the 1970s.
Many of the cities we admire made better choices regarding cars in the past. and are still making better choices today.

It’s a choice.
This still blows my mind. How small Europe can feel after living in the midwest US. My shoes were packed in Luxemburg yesterday, traveling through Germany and should be in NL sometime today. I drove from Zurich to Maastricht last year in about 6.5 hours. Same amount of time from Maastricht to Lyon.

It’s a bit odd to be here and starting to follow everyone again or new to me MN people. I left 2+ years ago but will always consider it my home though I may never live there again. I can’t replicate MSP twitter or anything like it in 🇳🇱.

Walked down to the market after my doc appointment at 8. Nothing is open yet. Coffeeshops don’t open until 10. At least hotel cafes are open. So different than US.
