When Florian and Miriam straighten back up, Florian adjust his hold on her by moving both of his hands to her waist. He has a mischevious grin on his face. Their environment appears to be becoming bright and multicolor as Joseph resumes playing the song. Florian: In fact, I insist we botch it! Let's twirl all around until we're sick. Miriam smiles at him, still with tears of relief in her eyes. Miriam: Heh... heheh, aye, let's! Florian and Miriam hold each other close while spinning in careless circles. Florian: It's the Polka-Nausea! Miriam: Hehahah! Florian: That's more like it! A closeup of Miriam's face. She's laughing with her eyes closed as they twirl, her tears flying away on the wind. Miriam narrates: Perhaps the tea and cakes had just made me giddy... A shot of the music room. Joseph plays the song on the piano without much of a care, while Miriam and Florian continue to twirl around. Bright colors of various shades seem to engulf everything. Miriam narrates: But as our dancing went on, the world seemed to become more colorful and vibrant. A whirlwind of delirious euphoria. Freedom... at last. End of Chapter 2

Both Knell and Devil's Trill began with a rescue, basically. Okay with Devil's Trill it was more like a very bad party, and THEN a rescue. XP
Skeletons lift Knell out of the water. Devere is sitting on the bank nearby. The skeletons, having moved to the bank, hand Knell to Devere. Knell coughs up some of the dirty water as she's passed to him. Knell: *gag* *koff* Devere is now holding Knell and looks at her with a concerned expression. His green eyes are glowing brighter from using his magic to control the skeletons. Knell is nearly unconscious but moans from choking on the water and her illness. Knell: Nnnnhh Devere: Shit... A shot of Devere's lower legs as he walks back towards his house carrying Knell. Behind him we see the bridge - the man that was there is now gone. The man, pulling Miriam by the wrist, leads her towards the mysterious black and red carriage. The man whispering: Quickly! Miriam: W-Wait a minute! Who are you?! Jeremiah has been consoling the bruised Patsy, who's now holding his handkerchief to her bloody nose. Miriam (off screen): Unhand me! Jeremiah looks behind him after hearing Miriam shouting. Jeremiah: Eh? The man has moved Miriam right in front of the carriage. The door of it now open, Florian peers out from it. Florian whispering: Mademoiselle! Miriam looks at the carriage in surprise, recognizing the voice. Florian, smiling, offers his hand to Miriam. He's wearing a bright red coat, a black top hat, and has a cane in his other hand. Florian whispering: Hop on!

Ew. Is this a new Firefox thing?
I know there's info around showing how to deactivate AI in Firefox, which I actually did not long ago, but since it just did a big update again, I wonder if the same methods would work or be safe?

Guess I should just force myself to switch to Waterfox or something.
After right-clicking, I noticed an "Ask an AI Chatbot" option in the dropdown, which is what's pictured.

What I've read so far -
1. Added fingerprint protections (not about literal fingerprints haha). Sounds good in theory but worried it just means their AI is pulling more shit but could be wrong.
2. Might be some new PDF editor? Haven't looked at that yet.
3. AI most likely is more prominent. Ugh.

Yep, that's about it, unless you count specific versions, which I can't really remember. I also recall also using Microsoft Picture It! quite often with Paint Shop Pro in my early digital art days. 😆
