When the scaffolding comes off in 2025 for a project that was due to be completed in 2020 - any normal city would now extend the pavement and not return it to parking or (effectively) a dual carriageway in a World Heritage Site.

It’s one of Edinburgh’s busiest pavements. What will #Edinburgh do?
