Just got home from a really lovely weekend hanging out with a friend I haven't seen in ages. These are just some pictures from my phone (more from an actual camera to come) but this trip was genuinely the best string of days I've had in the past year. Happiest I've been in a really long time. 🥹💜

I found these savory Spinach and Herb Pancakes today while I was out gathering supplies for my little project.
I decided to give them a try with Tenderstem Broccoli, Grilled Halloumi, Hot Honey Garlic Salmon with some red pepper dressing.
Was pretty nice if a little odd.
