We aren't peaking squats, but I got a huge new rep PB yesterday, 95kgs x 3 💪🏻 my comp PB is 100kgs, and last comp I only managed 97.5kgs (September 24) so this really shows progress. Need to work on hip shift as I get tired but still 🤩 110kgs here. We. Come!! // Powerlifting

👀 I've actually cycled 313kms but Strava didn't know that as they were Garmin logged rides 🚲 on a watt bike.
Works out at £0.47 per hour of gym time, pretty good.
Fewer hikes and time on the fells as we've completed the Wainwrights now and are visiting other places than the Lakes!

Blue sky really is no good at all for portrait videos. Is there a way around this? (Other than filming a long way away which is useless for me and my coach?!). Anyways some nice rpe 6.5 squats @ bodyweight // powerlifting
