You still have three branches if you don't give in. I wish Americans would stop complying prematurely. Trump's administration is weak, which is why they rely on executive orders instead of passing laws. Highlight this weakness and widen the gaps.
I’m old enough to remember when we had 3 branches of government. Forget checks and balances. I guess we are a Muskocracy now.
