I used to get annoyed by it, but I've shifted over time to just being happy someone is *not* driving. There are also so many valid reasons a cyclist might be riding on the sidewalk that it's hard to get mad about it anymore.

IMO this is a huge issue. Even from my home in South Minneapolis to Downtown I'm choosing between a 40 min bus ride, 25 min bike, or 12-15 min drive.
