edible got me so good last night i don't remember the process of falling asleep. i was simply conscious and then i was not. fell asleep on my heating pad (on a timer anyways) and everything 🥰

local dispos have started offering consolidated edibles in 10 packs, so instead of 20 packs of 5mg a piece it's 10 packs of 10mg each half and idk how to feel about that as someone who takes a while to require more than 10mg

I used both icyhot and tiger balm because the icyhot didn't appear to be working. except i fucked up and used tiger balm red ointment (which gets hot) so i got like 3 hours of blissful sleep with a cooling river flowing down my back until the river burst into flames, waking me up 🫠

i hate that we've actually normalized chronic pain so much that people accept that there's no real, effective treatments being offered and that so many people just walk around with chronic pain like it's fucking normal

Today I took my first dose of Ivabradine for POTS. So far so good. I was off beta blockers for over a month already so standing in line at the pharmacy was brutal. But it's interesting because while it's too early to say much, about an hour after 5mg my heart rate ⬇️ from tachy much faster
