Omg, I tried a Hello Period disc finally, over the disposable flex discs I was using, AND THE DIFFERENCE IS NIGHT AND DAY. Harder for me to out in, but NO LEAKS AT ALL. Omg. I am so sold.

I got a really nice comment on a fic that I wrote in 2016 when I was trying to write a short fic every day (that got derailed with the death of my sister) and I reread the fic, and it was nice! Some of them aren't very good, but some of them are pretty nice, and maybe next year, I should try again

I found it really interesting after reading the book earlier this year - I knew they were two different beasts ofc, but like, even thematically they are Extremely Different.
