2025 was a different kind of survival mode but I wouldn't trade it for anything else. 2026 rae.. please pick up a book and that guitar- you need some peace.
it feels like for the duration of 2023-2024 I was purely in survival mode. this year I hope I can slow down and be wayyy more productive (NO, NOT WORK.) recently I picked up the electric guitar for one, AND I've been journaling more. here's to actually living life again I hope !

I'm really considering putting an 18+ warning on all of my social media despite not posting nsfw simply due to the fact that I seem to attract a lot of younger "progressive" people with very warped views on sexuality outside of their personal understanding.

In 2014-2017 (end of the golden age) I was uploading fics to wattpad, making shitposts on G+, and taking "aesthetic" cloud pics on my iphone 4 so unfortunately my expectations for fandom and internet fun has fallen waaay down since then

no cheap scares or childish edgy humor in this psychological horror, it genuinely puts me off in the best way. the first game is very short, but it's the perfect transition into its sequel.. which includes more complex dialogue and even animation! lots of love put into this one.

AND NOW I HAVE COVID. if I don't have an unstoppable immune system after this, I don't get the point of it all
norovirus is not a joke. 2 weeks later and I've dropped 12 pounds. I ate nothing but bread and yogurt for days because my stomach was so sensitive. I've gained 4 of those pounds back though! and I'm back to eating some of my favorite foods.

I will not be buying the switch 2 on launch day. I'll be buying pre-owned, the same goes for the games. :|

The Nintendo Switch 2 is a definite no for me now.
Nintendo saying they can remotely access your device to brick it if they see it’s modded in any capacity, as part of the user agreement in order to even play the system.
And the $70-80 games are just license keys that can also be revoked.

Why get a switch 2 when you don't even own what you buy. Not their games neither the console itself. They can literally brick it if they think you do something with it. I won't support that with my money.
