i can yap a bit about it to give you an idea what both hellsing gonzo and ultimate are about so you get an idea beyond the synopsis

id suggest looking at hellsing gonzo first before hellsing ultimate! its less violent and less bloody. its the tamer of the two in general with how far ultimate goes with the types of violence too. its my favourite vampire media of all time.

i will say in hellsing ultimate there are two s/a scenes however they are brief enough to skip and not very descript i suppose?? and both you can also just skip the whole scenes theyre in.

only two scenes overall squick me out and one of them i DO have to look away for (surgery scene in prometheus) but the other one i wasnt prepared for the first time and took physical, psychological, and emotional damage watching
