i had to replace the batteries, but they seem to be working!
cant wait to try a minigame or two; i read it works with RidgeRacer Type4 (NA), and i love that game so im excited to try it

so apparently they had promotional stuff in play (NA/EU), but it was never commercially released outside JP due to lack of Japanese demand
i didnt even know it existed until about a month or so ago!
