Professional sports are the equivalent of gladiators fighting in ancient Rome. A distraction. Where are the pro athletes when it comes to standing up for the rights of the people? They are bought and paid for and their silence is deafening.

I'm genuinely shocked that the Suns can't seem to get anything right. Not only did the KD trade suck, but why did they choose the day of Game 7 for the media circus? Did they know the trade was bad and wanted no one to talk about it?

In a city known for cars, and on a day with 100 degree heat, Phoenix was rocking when the South Central Extension of Valley Metro Rail opened just a few weeks ago!
There were tons of folks at the three separate celebrations, and trains were packed for hours after opening of people checking it out!
