Take Austin, for ex: It used to be a hub for music and film and weirdness. Now? It’s all over-gentrification teeming with slimy dudes who never shut up about blockchain/Anthropic/Open AI and don’t see a problem with ICE until their bottom line is affected. It’s hard for me to even visit anymore.

Some never left: Payull and Hap are still involved. One died. Two stopped going like… All Out War, I think, because life (but made an appearance last year). The only “founder” ever banned was the bus - and for REALLY good fucking reason. (Yes, I was there.)
