Eh, again, I get the impulse... but the dems were already doing everything they had the legal power to do. I agree they shouldn't have caved, but we aren't doing enough to shore them up and break the baddies down, either.

I get the impulse, but he'd been very good for his constituency over many many many years. I don't agree with him today, but his history is not one of corruption.

Yes. Been saying for a while now that they need to be replaced with a large body of subject matter experts who can reject a bill from the house based on it violating reality and/or ethical baselines

Sad part is that the biochem/physiology behind both these and some autism are fairly well understood makes it all the worse, what with some people intentionally avoiding all knowledge just so they can continue to hate on others.
