Uh oh here comes the self-loathing. I’m loved and appreciated. I’m weird, and people like that about me. Friends invite me to their table because I’m fun. I’m worthy of understanding and respect. When I make mistakes, I deserve the chance to learn. This has been my emergency puppy affirmations.
