Lowering recidivism means people who would statistically stay in the prison system leave the prison system.

I’m not revising history. Good lord. I’m pointing out her hypocrisy in saying that she doesn’t have time for politics when she obviously has some kind of time.

To your point, she thinks both sides are equally bad.
