Man šķiet, ka tur ir vēsture, jo atceros, ka pēdējo gadu laikā Tviterī, Facebook, utt bieži bija ieraksti par to kā Ride braucamrīki tiek klasificēti kā elektrovelosipēdi, lai gan tiek izmantoti kā mopēdi (nomontēti pedāļi), bet regulējuma sakārtošana nesanāk.

Open Banking and PSD2 were initiated with an intent to reduce reliance on US card networks for consumer payments. Can't say if that was the primary intent, but it was part of it.

The tools to provide alternatives already exist and there are companies in this area - Trustly, Gocardless, Brite, etc

Oof. Opel was part ot GM since sometime after WW2 and was sold to Stellantis (Peugeot, Citroen, Fiat, etc) in 2018 or thereabouts.

That's why a Corsa and. Peugeot 208 are the same car now, but Opel Omega was sold as a Cadillac in the the 1990s.
