DM Dad time: if your game setup is just a cheap ass grid, some dice for monsters, and some great stories it's enough. You don't have to match CR or any other streamers.

Normalize telling folks around you how awesome they are. Some folks forget and some folks don't realize that they are. Lift others up instead of tearing them down
