That would surely be the worst solution politically, but it would be a guilty pleasure getting taken so hyper-literally. After all, I only said the guy can't *be* President, not that no one can *vote* for unconstitutional Presidents, nyah nyah nyah nyah.

The validity of US debt shall not be questioned. But neither the US nor any state shall assume or pay any debt incurred in aid of insurrection or rebellion against the US, or any claim for loss or emancipation of any slave; but all such debts, obligations and claims shall be held illegal and void.

No one shall hold any federal or state office who, having previously taken an oath of office to support the US Constitution, has engaged in insurrection or rebellion against the US, or given aid or comfort to its enemies, unless two-thirds of each house of Congress vote to remove such disability.

Rep apportioned among states by whole number of persons in each state. But when right to vote is denied to any 21+ year old citizen men, or abridged, except for rebellion, or other crime, the state's basis of representation shall be reduced proportionally.
