American politics makes a lot more sense when you realize that the GOP is afraid of pissing off the GOP base, and the Dems are afraid of pissing off the GOP base, but neither party is afraid of pissing off the Dem base.

Military leaders now know that Trump/Hegseth issued unlawful orders. Their oath of office demands they immediately redeploy their members to their home stations. NO MILITARY MEMBER IS TO OBEY UNLAWFUL ORDERS!

Just a friendly reminder that while voters won't have another chance to remove Schumer until 2028, the Dem senators can remove him at any time if they just get together. He may be able to stay in the senate, but he doesn't have to remain leader. It's time for something new.

“Status quo” is exactly what the law is about! The lawyers advising warfighters are NOT supposed to be “innovative”, “out of the box” thinkers! Their role is to give advice and counsel on the law, period! Every JAG I knew, gave options wrt to understanding the application of the law!
Hegseth says firing of top military lawyers was about making sure "they don't exist to be roadblocks to anything that happens."
