There’s a pylon on O’Connor between Queen and Sparks that appeared in early 2021 and was seen continuously up until as recently as this past winter. I’d have to go by to check if it’s still there.

Could be. The ultimate troll would be to finally open Kiweki Point (and its bridge with the heated deck!) and announce that the stairs behind Parliament will be winter maintained.
