Kind of wild to think an industry with this much reach and impact is governed by neither public broadcast standards nor digital workers employment law, but almost entirely by private corporate policy.

Gave a new T-Swift Antihero themed talk “It’s me, AI, I’m the problem it’s me” to 40 lawyers at a firm. What surprised them? 1) LLMs are predictive not smart 2) AIs weakness – bias, explainability, transparency, expertise – are due process concepts lawyers are trained & empowered to vigorously test.
