Exiled Mancunian living in the deep south west.

Music nerd. Everything's getting older.
Fabiano-Landmarks (2025)

One of the years best LPs. Atmospheric soundscapes with rumbling techno noises alongside some eerie tranquility. Mental that this guy also had stellar releases as Mammo & 2501 this year too. So fucking good!

Conna Haraway-Shifted (2025)

Super immersive ambient electro dub sounds from Glasgow. Short Span are definitley one of the freshest new labels of this year.

ex_libris 002 (2025)

As a vinyl nerd there’s a familiar feeling when you’ve missed a release after catching it too late with all physical copies already snapped up. Thought that had happened with these but no!

Excellent breaky/ambient techno from a master.

Finally got around to buying Jacob Ohrberg's discography of bandcamp yesterday. Deep long listens, get locked in and you can never leave. Fans of Terre, Theo and Frank/Tony apply within.

Bandcamp Friday pickups.

Inc blinding live set by an old pal MJB, techno weirdness, analogue jams and some OZ dub techno.

Coral D-Cuttin Out (2025)

Every track this guy touches seems to create its own unique charm effortlessly. Deepness on another level. Full support.

Visited the last castle to be built (Castle Drogo) in Britain yesterday in Dartmoor. Bit of a vanity project obviously but the surrounding countryside was stunning.

From the heady heights of Rotation Garden Party to Dawlish Warren and a static caravan.

And it was nice to meet so many lovely people. Having no photos after this is no bad thing.

Caroline No-Caroline No (2022)

Affectionate, catchy Oz Indie rock with Mick Turner style guitars (he actually plays guitar on the LP-only realised today!). Similar in ways to Mess-Esque. A gorgeous listen.

Oooh what was inside the box? Well these and more.

Timeclass classic from Susumu Yokota. Glad to finally have it on wax.
Early 90s dreamy ambient from Opik
Slamming Chicago techno from Elbert Cowles from ‘95
Mammo’s ep from late last year. Dub ambient techno perfection

Voices from the Lake (2023 repress).

Managed to snaffle a bandcamp code for this all timer. Just incredible electronic music. Seeing them live around the time this came out originally (2013ish) really was mind-blowing.

Finally made it to the new site of one of the great record shops, Idle Hands. I was really sad when it closed, and overjoyed when Chris found a new site.

Picked up a couple of gifts, some mega second hand new wave/dub and heads down house, and this new beaut on Pacific Rhythm.
