Trump is a terrible negotiator. Ukraine has no reason to demilitarize when Russia is so dangerous and the weapons work so well, and the Russians have no reason to demand demilitarization, not like Ukraine would ever attack them. But this stupid clause still made it into the "deal".

It's the kind of bullshit that will be abused later by who knows who. And the writing was on the wall with so many years in advance. I am sure many historians can list the long list of small democratic abuses that suddenly coalesced into a hyper authoritarian third Reich. It's not obscure knowledge.

If governments really want to crackdown on CP, they need more boots on the ground. Instead we get bunch of corporations, AIs and agencies who have no accountability for how ineffective and abusive they are. Those laws never pretend like they respect democratic values.

Also a very clever trick it does it to play with your perspective. You kinda don't know who you're playing as until later into the game. It's a think some of the stuff you do just wouldn't work in any other medium. Of course it has some heavy themes and is spooky scary, but I still recommend it.

I really like the game's story, it feels character driven, it feels simple and human. A horror story like this doesn't need to pull out some cosmic horror to be effective, you just need to peek into a human's heart to find the real scary stuff. The feelings of this game will stick with me.

But none of them seem that committed to the small stuff anymore. Witch is annoying as heck considering they all ask for SUBCRIPTIONS. This valve guy put 15 seasons in the controller and custom sharable control profiles displayed by popularity. Everyone could have done that, but why didn't they ?

Like it all goes back to Microsoft and Sony trying to sell their console as DVD-players. And Nintendo acting like none of us understand what a computer is. They all have their moment of brilliance like the PS VR stuff and Ninendo's endless gimmicks.
