Am watching the tide turn in Syria with mixed emotions. Assad is bad but Sunni head choppers are also bad, potentially worse for the non Sunnis. Is this a return to ISIS lite? What happens to the Christian minorities that survived ISIS? Is Europe ready for the next wave of refugees?

Feeling kind of nervous as the US holds its never ending election. Americans do so many things well and they stand as example for the rest of the world but they suck at elections/money in elections. Gerrymandering, America leads the way in perverting democracy (proslavery electoral college).

I was ordering some materials from a local company as part of my job and the owner (likeable guy) told me that money spent helping Ukraine was wasted.
I told him that I have children who are serving in Latvia and that the Ukrainians have saved us all from a worse conflict. Not sure if he got it.

I hate conspiracy theories but I can’t fathom how main stream media isn’t hammering Trump on his mental deterioration. I think that it comes down to ratings. Trump is the money shot.

My parents lost almost all their teeth by their 20’s. I didn’t have steady dental care as a child.
We had three kids whose needs came first (my kids have great teeth but had good dental coverage). So here I am at the end of my 50’s and am losing teeth right, left but not center (thank god).
