There was a press pool report that loud music that Trump may well enjoy was heard near the ex-Rose Garden. What that PROVES is nothing, what that INDICATES is... well, it's odd. Lots of speculation like "they're easing his passage to the new world", "it's loud to cover the bonesaw" or "it rocks".
