Safe support services depend on a stable workforce. But right now, low pay and job insecurity are forcing experienced workers out of the sector. That puts the people they support at risk.

Safe support services depend on a stable workforce. But right now, low pay and job insecurity are forcing experienced workers out of the sector. That puts the people they support at risk.
These workers provide critical disability support services, but many can no longer afford to stay in the job. Instead of fixing this, DHS is relying on agency workers to fill shifts.
