Dianthera secunda. Shrub popularly known as "Insulin" for its ability to lower blood sugar levels. A friend reports that she pours boiling water into a large cup with 4 leaves of the plant and 2 hours later after drinking the resulting tea her blood sugar drops by 90 to 100 mg/dl.

I found this flower in the wild and searched for its popular name.
They told me it's called "yellow flower".
I took a plant with its roots and planted it by my place. Now it grows where I can see it easily.

Her name is Luna (Moon).
She was rescued as a kitten from the street.
She lives in a semirural environment having a roof and food, but free to come and go.
Of course, at breakfast and dinner times she is always there.

This one was taken in Managua, Nicaragua, on November 27th, 2022.
The umbrella (sorry I don't know its proper name) is about 2 mm. high.
They were growing on a concrete wall during the rainy season.
The wall is in the middle of the vegetation and is 1,5 m high.
