I have never experienced censorship before until today when a post I made on Facebook didn’t appear. Critical of the current regime and exploring how LDS folks in German responded to living und er the not-so-nice party with a finish implying Daniel 11:21 seems pretty applicable today.

Work uses a digital phone system that also does our PA system. The PA system has been randomly calling people all afternoon, and we can hear it ring, and people answer. IT is trying to fix it, but it's funny. Luckily, none of the folks answering said anything more than hello. #IOTproblems

To be clear, the changes to the Italian rail system that made the trains run on time, largely took place before the rise of Mussolini. It is erroneous to think that fascism is somehow tied with efficiency historically, they are only more willing to claim the progress made by others as their own.

You cannot be healed if you do not believe you are broken. You will continue in the same path that harmed you before and will be harmed again. The wound will fester if not treated so it must be identified, diagnosed, and cared for but you must believe in needs to be healed.

I can finally share this now said it has been given. Based effigy brasses in 13th century France, this #laserengraved scroll was given out today at a #SCA event in Boise, Idaho.
#Medievalsky it was an honor to make it. Those little chain mailings were really hard to draw.

Made this #sca shield basket on my #laser-cutter Flat cut then shaped with a heat gun. Contrary to some websites ABS does not produce arsenic gas but does produce the same emissions you get from driving a car. Keep area well ventilated, wear a mask, and filter fumes.

Paper cutting can be found throughout the medieval and Renaissance period. Using satin and thick cardstock with a laser cutter we can replicate some of the processes a little faster than by hand. This scroll was for the King of #artemisia to give to his kings council. #sca #medeival #lasercut
