Just had one of the most chill days and lovely evenings we’ve enjoyed in a while. No expectations, no responsibilities, no tension or anxiety, just existence as the moment desired; together or not, it was calming, cozy, super comfortable and exactly the healing we both needed right now. 🦉💚🦝

It’s unfortunate that it’s taken me 47 years to find courage to use my voice when needed but I’m learning and I appreciate being taught. There’s respect and effortless joy in life that I deserve. I will find my voice. Later than necessary perhaps but it will come. And I will not be made small again.
