I'm being too hard on myself man I really am, some of my favorite artists don't post more than like.. once or twice a week. I think it's also caused by having ideas when I'm not able to draw and then all of those not clicking when I am able to draw.

I think folks often confuse healing with 'redemption'. I mean they can go hand in hand but some things can't be redeemed and redemption can only be obtained in the eyes of those you wronged. Healing is accepting you fucked up and doing your best to not repeat it by addressing the root cause.

I've also been on both sides, I know what it's like to be trapped in the cycle of anger and pushing people away not realizing you're the problem. I heard someone say that if someone like Bro went to therapy or whatever he'd be less interesting and that's fair I guess but sometimes I prefer healing.
