Primary HPV testing with self-swabbing should be the default.
I’m happy they’re including self-swabbing but frustrated that they’re still recommending cytology for 21-29. The American Cancer Society recommends primary HPV testing every 5 years starting at age 25, which is in line with guidelines in many other countries.
