Here's how my ideal social media would work: I'd like to assemble my own feeds and put users in them. If someone's good at a certain topic, I'd like to put them in that topic so I'm hearing their work on that topic and nothing else.

See the Python programming feed. In a better world it would be interesting projects. Right now it's brogrammers who love complaining about Python or someone deciding they're fit to judge the entire language after "hello world"

Feeds are incredibly poorly moderated. Either nothing ever gets posted to it or it's full of porn because the term search does not work. And even if neither of those were issues... I don't want the entire sites opinions on certain topics.

Starterpacks you are following a ton of randos. Your feed's now full of people that you don't exactly know why you're following and you're getting every opinion from them. I followed academics this way but this post format isn't long enough to really learn from them.

The games I think are the most memorable like Mario games or Spelunky make this the most difficult, as they are all about the interactions between things, and getting lots of interactions all working together turns out to be the most difficult thing.

Have a lot of interests and will try anything at least once, generally. Watch a lot of horror, have finished quite a few anime, like JJBA a lot... Maybe I'll put reviews of things here. We'll see.
