Exceptions to tariffs can be negotiated for each country or for each truckload of parts for John Deere. Infinite opportunities to squeeze people with deep pockets and be fluffed and flattered.
I really feel like there should be reporting on HOW Trump came to adopt hardline tariffs in the way he has. Is it just that he has surrounded himself with morons? Or does someone who wants to sabotage the US economy have his ear?
