My 15 year old son at school in Finland is doing shadow trading as part of his civics lesson this term. They are all stock picking, learning about inflation and interest rates, mortgages and debT as part of civil, not mathematical life.

I do a smoked aubergine and potato with chillies dish as a side to a curry. I had it when I lived in India but can’t quite recreate it as well as I would like.

I haven’t read the article but I was once a journalist and the rule is: if there’s a question in the headline, the answer in the body will be “no”.
