It feels like it’s been 84 years since I’ve played a TTRPG. I’d like for that to change.

Idea: A Severance themed TTRPG where two parties play the same set of characters- one group are the “innies” and the other group are the “outies”. When they reintegrate, it becomes a cooperative game for each character, blending the memories from each adventure.

My to-read list is massive. Like, decision paralysis inducing.
I need suggestions on what to read next. What’s the best read you’ve recently picked up?

I thought of a TTRPG system using playing cards instead of dice. Gonna test it out a bit at some point to see if it’s actually fun.

TRANS RIGHTS ARE HUMAN RIGHTS

For the first time in years, I’ve been consistently reading again. I set a goal of 30 books by the end of the year, and in January, I was able to get through 4.
When was someone going to remind me that this reading thing is actually really fun?

For the last few years, I’ve wanted to watch all of the Best Picture nominees before the Oscars. Last year was the first year I got “close” and I watched maybe half. This year… I have some watching to do.

Finally played Mastermind for the Eras Tour. With 6 shows left, now’s as good a time as any, right?
So far, 54 points for a first try doesn’t feel half bad.

My Duolingo streak is up to 659 days.

Am I fluent? Not by any means. But there’s only so much you can learn by doing a single lesson a day.

It’s been quite a while since I’ve shared my TTRPG work. The first game I made was Whispering City - a noir heist game.
It’s got 6 unique classes and was designed to pick up and play quickly.

Tonight is a D&D session I’ve been looking forward to for a while. The party is about to battle/race in a Mad Max-inspired apocalypse, and they’re going to use custom mechanics for the whole thing.
The ruleset for this is system agnostic because it doesn’t utilize native D&D mechanics. I’m pumped.

In the few years since I was active as @MagicMissileRPG on that other site, I’ve come up with a handful of game concepts, and I think it’s time that I put pen to paper and share them.
This time, I’m going to be more “me”. Less “brand”. We’ll see how it goes!
