Yup, my section of philly got way more vibrant on the weekdays with more WFH, and even the center city core traffic is up after hours. If you aren't stuck with a grueling commute everyday it's more likely you'll go out downtown! Commercial RE and lunch places are the only ppl hurt by WFH.
