I roast my tomatoes with whole heads of garlic and a sprinkle of olive oil on a roasting pan right out of the garden. 30 minutes @375 Then I take them and all the juices in the pan and freeze in bags. When I make pasta sauce I just heat them up and use an immersion blender and it’s fantastic!
