The "he's not gonna listen to her" reactions are missing many points. Lots of other people are also hearing it. Lots of people can see him hearing it, then weigh what she's said with what he'll do. Lots of people can see her refusal to surrender these ancient teachings to the latest face of empire

The future of all Europeans lies in Brussels. Forget the nationalism that has caused so many problems:
- the wars
- the endless rivalries between European powers
- the racism and xenophobia of a past age.
The EU is our common future. Either Europe acts as a unity, or we will become irrelevant.

I’m seeing many say that the left wing is “fringe” and moderate politics is the way forward. WRONG, just wrong. We have been indoctrinated by loyalty to this two party system. A strong populist movement with left wing policies is the way forward. Not corporate elitism.

Rampell: What's interesting here is that besides what we know or don't know about what Matt Gaetz may have done behind closed doors and the allegations are quite disturbing. There's plenty of stuff he's done in public that I think should have disqualified him from this job
