Aren't these beauties? Golden Oyster Mushrooms from Cascadia Mushrooms. This may be the best first flush I've ever had from a mushroom grow kit, and they seem to get brighter by the hour.

It's the time of year when I'm lucky enough to enjoy homegrown strawberries on everything! This sweet and savory salad needs no recipe: cooked and chilled couscous, strawberries, arugula leaves and blossoms, fresh chives and mint, goat cheese, and sliced almonds. Delicious!
