The village could be better but otherwise a very addictive game with great gimmicks for most the different characters. Not much else to say, just a solid evolution of breakout in a roguelite format

Not exactly absolute cinema but it's funny and was fun to play through with my friend. I'm not a film critic or anything but the acting seemed pretty good and there were a fair few issues like the patient/convict having painted nails but Im just here for a laugh so who cares

Beautiful little adventure. I loved how the gameplay naturally evolved as the game went on as you adapt to different hardships without needing "YOU FOUND AN ITEM" every time. It made for a much more cinematic experience.

All you could really ask for, more Hades. Progression could've been smoothed out a bit but otherwise a very good game. The epilogue was just gifting everyone until it's happy and the post-game grind for 100% was really poorly done. Don't aim for 100%, let it happen naturally

Definitely saved by being a co-op game so I could have a laugh with my friend but it probably would've been a C if I was soloing it. You can tell they balanced it around having 2 characters because there were often way too many enemies, especially when lickers showed up

They made plenty of good changes but Leon needs to learn to shut up at some point. I'm playing a horror game but the mood is completely ruined by him making horrible jokes the entire time. Not once did he actually make me laugh, I just wanted to mute him

Spent the whole game fighting for inventory space so I'm close to giving it a C but the game was well paced and I liked the enemies more, other than the 1 hit kill that Hunters could do, so I bumped it up
Next up: The world famous RE4

Really didn't like being stuck in the police station with but it picked up a lot after I escaped.
2nd story is a really cool idea. Just different enough to be fun but familiar enough to not have to take it slow like 1st story. Wish the continuity lined up though

Just a nice little game with funny quirks and references. £5 well spent

I was going to 100% but I'm not doing 10 bosses in a row with no room for error.
Overall, the game was a huge improvement over the 1st one, even though it was still way too slow when it forced you into animations, I just don't like the post-game requiring flawless execution

It may not be GOTY but it's still an incredible game. They went a bit overboard with 2 damage attacks but otherwise it's pretty much flawless. Movement especially is a huge improvement with the fluidity
Speedruns look kinda daunting but I'll probably try it out

A tier story stuffed into a C tier game. The combat was really fun but Square Enix has never heard of the phrase "quality of life". So many super slow animations wasting a significant amount of time throughout the game. At least the Sephiroth fight was sick

Felt a bit short but it also was getting kind of stale towards the end so if it was longer it would need to do something more. It was a fun several hours but nothing special. I couldn't care less about the story so I ended up skipping all the dialogue

Would be an A but they tried way too hard to hide the crates and turned it into forcing me to google it instead of a satisfying task to do along the way. Otherwise really fun and full of references to the original. I'm keeping it installed to chip away at completion

I'm not a big fan of base builders but the story in this game is really interesting. It makes you think a lot about your choices and the morality of it all. These stats aren't final because I plan to load the final day and do a couple endings to see what changes.

Souls-likes need to stop balancing DLCs around the idea that I'll start the game again instead of using my NG+3 save or provide a save file. I still enjoyed it but I had to change to easy to make it more fair. Overall really fun but the final boss was super cool

Only took me 12 years to beat it even though I have like 100 hours of online. Genuinely surprised with how good the story mode is and how much I got into the characters. This has got me even more excited for GTA 6 but I don't know if I'll buy it for PS5 since it's not on PC

Got to the end of NG+ but the progression in this feels a lot slower than RL1 and it just doesn't feel worth continuing. It's a fun game with a lot of improvements as a sequel so it's definitely worth playing

Masterpiece
Easy GOTY. Everything was perfect, from the music to the visuals, even the gameplay with the addition of QTEs to make combat engaging. QTEs get a lot of hate but they were genuinely a great addition. If you can play it you absolutely should

Gameplay was a bit samey but the visuals, music, and story were all incredible. The boss music being a song aobut the boss' story was really cool and made it feel like I was playing a musiclal at times

Felt like a pretty generic Metroidvania but not in a bad way. The story got interesting in the last quarter but for the rest of the game it was just hammering that "Elro is overprotective and Royal is super arrogant". Both being very uninteresting and making me not care
