I used to wonder how PIs could write grants while still doing their duties, such as attending faculty meetings or meeting with students. Now I understand why and how: Because you just have to.

This interview completely missed the fact that Taiwan successfully suppressed COVID spread w/o vaccine by contact-tracing and quarantine. Ofc WHO doesn’t have the evidence supporting it b/c China blocks Taiwan from joining WHO. 🤷🏻‍♂️

Happy that my postdoc work is finally available at Nat Neuro! It's the 1st report of the dynamic OPC (progenitor for oligodendrocyte) Ca2+ activity in vivo. We also showed OPC Ca2+ is mediated by brain norepinephrine and can promote cell proliferation! nature.com/articles/s41... #Neuroskyence
