For context, without giving away too much of the narrative between these two: TAU is attempting to persuade Eight in his natural crypticness, and she remains suspicions about him. There is a reason for her concerns, but TAU doesn't see it because he believes he is above all else and that his actions are always within the right. However, when he is near the commander, there appears to be more going on beneath his emotionless face plate. Most likely for selfish reasons… but who knows. We had a blast at the Comic Con Stuttgart yesterday! Quite full, but amazing atmosphere. Everyone was friendly, dancers were beautiful, and cosplayers/modelers incredibly talented. We‘re hoping to join the cosplay train eventually. :]

Did some minor tweaks to Eight’s designs after recent (last) considerations till they‘re once and for all solidified for the webcomic. The 3D models certainly helped figuring out cracks and crevices there. It’s crazy how certain design parts you draw don‘t make sense/look ugly in 3D lmao

I found this silly old test render of Eight’s 2023 3D model in my documents and thought "…but what if I turned this into a mediocre inciting artwork with her current design" and here we are. I regret nothing.
