the fact most reports are leaving out that he was killed protecting his husband during a homophobic hate crime where his dead dog's skull was placed in their mailbox as a threat is leaving some important details out i think

Watched a doc on Charlotte von Mahlsdorf - a trans woman who survived the Nazis (beat her own Nazi father to death!), survived a brutally homophobic regime in East Germany, and then had to survive skinhead attacks, but never stopped finding and loving other queer people, and creating her own worlds.

My daughter’s speech therapist went out of business because Medicaid reimbursement rates were too low. We do not have Medicaid. I’m going to keep posting this until people understand that when Medicaid gets cut *everyone* loses services.
