Hello to new and old friends! My name is Cass(idy) and I wanted to (re)introduce myself. I hail from Northeast Florida, I love using queer theory to tie media across the ages, I miss doing wheel-thrown pottery, and I have two orange tabby cats (Clementine and Cheerio). 💖

When angels fall and consume human souls, Quentin befriends one named Erkenwald. As the two survive the consequences of rebelling against their respective Fathers, their adoration for one another inspires a type of freedom, growth, and love neither expected.

Name Her Holy actually starts during autumn (at least on Jude’s home sphere) so we get a lovely little hike through the valley with nothing terrible happening at all for this #Saturdark

Before long the forest was filthy with it—a lichenous growth that turned the amber fire of the autumn oak and maples to pale rot. The blight crawled from branch to branch, caked thick in the underbrush and bed down in the tree roots. Fibrous, bone white and hungry. Under their bootheels it churned up sap, plum-dark and sickly sweet in odor.
